Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Neuro-Progressive care and should possess a valid RN license. Effective 1/11/2024, please note that local candidates from certain counties will no longer be accepted.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU setting.
- Complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam and skills checklist upon offer.
- Utilize Epic for electronic medical records management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
