RN Medical/Surgical
Responsible for providing patient care in a medical/surgical setting. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care goals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients for changes in condition and report findings to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
