Position Details:
Job Title: RN Med/Surg
Location: Cooperstown, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Shift Details: 3 days a week
Type: Local Contract but travelers are welcome to apply!
Job Summary:
The unit is large with a nurses' station located at both the front and back, facilitating communication and oversight across the two sides of the unit.
Patient Demographics Age & Gender: Varies widely; no specific demographic profile. Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: No more than 6:1, ensuring adequate attention to patient needs.
Nursing assistants are scheduled but may float off the unit or provide support for confused patients as needed.
Required Certifications:
RN - NY State license
AHA BLS
