Job Description
UPMC Western Maryland is looking for a Registered Nurse to support our Clinical Resource Team! This full-time position will require rotating holiday and weekend shifts. Our Clinical Resource Team is a compilation of healthcare professionals who are trained to work on various inpatient units. If you enjoy a variety, joining the CRT will provide the opportunity to care for a diverse population of patients.
You may qualify for a sign on bonus of up to $20,000 with a two-year commitment, depending on experience and eligibility! As a member of the float pool, the final candidate will also receive an additional 10% differential on top of their base pay rate!
_You will be placed in the appropriate title based on experience by the recruitment team and department leaders. The minimum hiring rate for an ASN prepared RN is $36.50 and $38.25 for a BSN prepared RN._
