PAY: $ 3081 weekly gross for 40 hr
W2: $ 34.50/hr
Weekly stipend: $ 1701
Position: RN Case Manager
Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Duration: 13 weeks
JOB REQUIREMENT:
CA RN State License.
BLS required.
Minimum 2 years of acute Hospital Case Management experience performing Care Coordination and Discharge Planning in a very fast paced environment.
Epic experience required.
Prior travel experience required.
