Department: Woodside Medical Clinic
Shift: Day
Working Hours: M-F 8A-5P
Hours Authorized: 80.00 hours bi-weekly
Summary: To work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to support patients with chronic conditions and/or complex needs according to guidelines established.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing (AR or multi-state license including AR), required.
- CPR certification, required.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab.
- 3-4 years’ experience preferred.
- Ambulatory and/or care management experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license in good standing and reliable, insured transportation.
