Job Description
Lead the RMA lifecycle for GE Vernova's PAC portfolio as an RMA Coordinator. This critical role ensures compliant support through efficient administration and customer communication.
Join our Grid Automation NAM Customer Technical Support team and manage all aspects of the Return Material Authorization process. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, driving RMA transactions from initiation to completion while ensuring adherence to internal requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple facilities, optimizing customer service and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end RMA lifecycle for PAC product lines
• Ensure accuracy in RMA documentation at all stages
• Provide customers with repair quotes and out-of-warranty pricing
• Validate customer tax exemption documents by jurisdiction
• Oversee order status and address any holds or issues
