RITE Equipment Technician / Senior Technician

For equipment maintenance, equipment repair and troubleshooting, records and reports, documentation and standard operating procedures, cost efficiency, improvement, quality, safety and housekeeping with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines and corporate policies.

Required to perform 12‑hour shift to support production activities and assist Engineers in equipment improvement activities. 12‑hour shift ops support.

• Perform scheduled equipment maintenance according to the standard operating procedure.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment in accordance with the standard operating procedure or under the guidance of engineers.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems and assist in major repair and troubleshooting.
• Propose improvements to SOP and explain the SOP to ensure Technicians and below adhere to SOP.
