Risk & Controls Director.
Reports to: Regional Risks & Controls Director, LATAM
Location: México
**Objectives**of the**Risk & Control**function**include**:
- Reinforce the tone at the top and in the middle as well as promote the culture of ethics and integrity;
- Build and leverage relationships to identify risks, anticipate issues and recommend solutions;
- Support management to structure long term beneficial relationships with clients and partners in a way that is compliant, risk aware and adaptable;
- Embrace technology and innovation to optimize risk & controls activities and increase level of compliance across the business;
- Provide customized, reliable information on control performance that could impact strategy realization.
