Assemble Recruitment is partnering with a prominent New Zealand property organisation to appoint a Risk & Security Manager for one of its flagship retail and commercial assets.
This is a highly visible operational leadership role responsible for safeguarding people, assets and business operations while ensuring the centre maintains the highest standards of health & safety, security, emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance.
Working as part of the Centre Management Team, you will be the key driver of risk and security strategy onsite, balancing proactive risk management with day‑to‑day operational oversight in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
The Opportunity
No two days will look the same. You’ll work across the full spectrum of risk, security and health & safety management while partnering closely with retailers, contractors, service providers, emergency services and Centre management.
