Job Description
. Assisting Head of Risk Management & Compliance and Team Lead Risk & Regulatory Management in development and implementation of framework, process and best practices to maintain and/or mitigate any regulatory risk to acceptable standards.
. Review and assess daily name screening alerts, to determine next course of action e.g. for closure / further escalation / obtain approvals etc.
. Ensure that Customer Due Diligence ('CDD') measures with regards to customer identification / verification have been complied with.
. Observe the conduct of the customer's account and ensure that the transactions are consistent with knowledge of the client's business and risk profile, and where appropriate, client's SOW/SOF
