Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch with the transition and compliance with the new MAS requirements on Third-Party Risk Management, with focus on the intersection of outsourcing and technology risk.
- Review due diligence result performed on the Branch’s third-party service providers including subcontractors.
- For high-risk technology partners including Cloud Service Providers and AI vendors, assess the corresponding emerging risk such as AI specific risks and Cloud-specific risks within the third-party ecosystem.
- Review and tighten Service Level Agreements metrics to ensure the rigorous oversight over key service providers. Evaluate how third-party failures may potentially impact the Branch’s critical business services.
- Provide challenge to 1LOD’s Risk Controls Self-Assessment results on third-party assessment and supply chain management.
