Roles & Responsibilities :
Perform strategic risk assessment for BGSW
Identify, measure and report strategic/disruptive risk
Perform Industry market research - explore/identify and analyze strategic risks.
Capable of running independent risk projects with business
Proactively help businesses manage the risk.
Foster risk awareness through communication and mandatory training, where necessary.
Conduct training and workshops for businesses.
Participate and lead, where required discussions with leaders including BU heads in India.
Prepare presentation decks and reports for leadership
Demonstrate excellent understanding of risk concepts in discussions
Share regular knowledge with audit function on risks
Identify emerging risks and report
