Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a non-financial risk framework
- Build and structure a comprehensive risk inventory across functions
- Design and deploy robust control frameworks aligned with best practices
- Align risk activities with enterprise risk appetite and business strategy
- Collaborate with first and second line functions to strengthen risk ownership
- Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders on risk identification and mitigation
- Integrate risk considerations into decision-making and operational processes
- Monitor key risk indicators and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support ongoing improvements based on evolving regulatory and risk environments
