This is a pivotal leadership position that sits within both the Motor Finance senior leadership team and the wider Aldermore Group leadership community.
As the Risk & Control Director, you will take ownership of the risk profile for the Motor Finance division, ensuring alignment with the Group’s Risk Appetite, Frameworks, and Policies.
