Job Description

The Risk, Control & Compliance Manager will lead and inspire the centre team, co‑workers, and external security guard service to optimize safety, security, and compliance in the store for both the customer and co‑workers, using the knowledge of Ikano Safety and Security Manual, Rules, and Standard operating procedures. The role involves leading the deliverables of the Risk, Control and Compliance agenda to ensure a healthy working environment, mitigating risks, and supporting functions in identifying, assessing, and proactively handling risks to ensure compliance with Ikano Safety and Security rules and local (country and regional) legislation.
