The primary purpose of this role is to support the Risk and Compliance Team in ensuring the Company's adherence to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations, with a dedicated focus on digitizing and automating regulatory compliance knowledge.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Regulatory Content Design and Development
- Support the development of RegTech initiatives
- Research, organize, and summarize complex Philippine regulatory requirements (including IC circulars, AML, Data Privacy, and FCPA provisions) to create a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Structure the regulatory content into clear, concise, and searchable data points, mapping out the conversational flow and decision‑tree logic for user interface.
- Coordinate with the Company’s DPO to ensure all functions and data processing align with the latest guidance on the application of the Data Privacy Act (DPA) to AI Systems.
