The Risk and Compliance Director is an architect role, not an administrator one. You are building the enterprise risk framework from the ground up, across protocol risk, regulatory compliance, counterparty risk, and fund-level risk management.

What You Will Own

• Design and implement Mintlayer's enterprise risk framework: risk register, risk appetite statements, and control frameworks
• Build the regulatory compliance function: ADGM and VARA compliance programs, MiCA readiness, and regulatory reporting
