Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gains subject matter expertise in specific risk exposures and/or sales areas to grow knowledge base and better serve clients.
- Assists with advising clients on risk management solutions which align to their strategic imperatives and risk exposures.
- Cultivates relationships with team members to better meet client needs.
- Attends and occasionally contributes to internal strategy meetings to better understand company strategy and serve clients.
- Participates in all aspects of the graduate trainee program, year one.
