Job Description
The Rigging Engineer reports to the Maintenance Programs Manager and supports ongoing plant operations. The Rigging Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and compliance of rigging plans and engineering calculations associated with hoisting and rigging requirements established by the WTCC Hoisting and Rigging Program for WTCC. This position may also perform other general engineering duties/tasks in support of the DFLAW Facilities and mission.
This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control, and supervision of WTCC
**REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS**
**Education** : Bachelorβs degree in Civil/Structural, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or other technical discipline, and minimum of 15 years of experience in an industrial environment with 2 years of hoisting and rigging experience.
