Summary You will serve as a RIGGER in the Department of Energy Material Office, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Major Components Division, of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will plan, lay out, organize, assemble and install complex weight handling equipment configurations to load and offload reactor plant components and equipment. You will be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of all weight handling gear used by the Major Components Division. You will complete required inspection documentation and maintain a database of all lifting and handling gear inspection results to ensure it is properly certified and adequate for the lifting operation. You will perform the duties of a crane operator on recurring intervals operating 10-200 ton bridge cranes and 3-25 ton forklifts in support of the Major Components Division's weight handling operations.
