Job Description
Job Title: Rigger
Location: Mesaieed, Qatar
Duration: 1 Month (Extendable)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Rigger to support lifting and rigging operations at site. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, securing, and directing loads using appropriate rigging equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rigging activities for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment and materials
- Inspect and select appropriate rigging gear (slings, shackles, hooks, chains, etc.) before use
- Ensure proper load securing, balance, and stability during lifting operations
- Communicate effectively with crane operators using standard hand signals or radio communication
