**WEEKLY RELIABLE PAY: $20/HR**
**Rider Assistant Role: What You Will Do?**
+ **Morning Ride Support** — Meet at the school, hop into the HopSkipDrive vehicle, ride to the student’s home, and monitor them during the trip back to school.
+ **Afternoon Ride Support** — Ride with the student from school to home and ensure a smooth, safe transition.
+ **Consistent Schedule** — 2 hours per day (AM + PM), 10 hours per week.
+ **Reliable Pay** — $20/hr, paid weekly every Friday
