Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled work plan from mobilization to execution until the demobilization and handing over
- Operate the Rapid Impact Compaction (RIC) machine in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications
- Familiarity with the controls and functions of the equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others on the construction site
- Conduct pre-operational checks on the equipment to identify and address any safety issues before starting the compaction process
- Collaborate with site engineers and surveyors to identify specific locations for compaction and ensure proper compaction depths
