R&I Packaging Engineer

We are looking for a Packaging Engineer (R&I) to support a leading international company in the food industry. The selected candidate will be involved in the development and industrialization of packaging solutions for dairy products, from concept to implementation.

You will be part of an international innovation team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure product quality, feasibility, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to product brief definition in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop products at pilot scale and ensure successful industrialization.
• Manage and coordinate suppliers during the development phase.
• Ensure final product quality (packaging + product).
• Validate products for consumer testing (technical and sensory).
• Support or lead industrialization activities with implementation teams.
• Draft and validate technical specifications.
