We are looking for an experienced administrator to oversee the Rhapsody Integration Engine supporting vital healthcare systems. In this role, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot various integrations, and handle production incidents. Your expertise in Java and healthcare integration will be essential, ensuring effective deployment and maintenance while coordinating with application teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Rhapsody Integration Engine environments efficiently
• Monitor interface logs and system performance continuously
• Troubleshoot HL7, API, and web service integrations
• Support production incidents and root cause analysis tasks
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks
