As the Construction Foreman, you will lead your crew in daily construction site operations, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and effectively. This full-time position necessitates travel across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, requiring leadership skills in a challenging, outdoor environment. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and coaching your team in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Drill Crew
• Organize daily tasks including material and manpower
• Lead safety talks to promote a safety culture
• Report incidents and workflow changes to Management
• Ensure crews are meeting performance targets
Requirements:
• Proven field construction expertise
• Class 1 or 3 driver’s licence required
