RF & Signal Processing Engineer
Location: Ottawa, On-Site
Reports to: Engineering Leadership Team
The Role
We are looking for an RF & Signal Processing Engineer to help design, build, test, and deploy advanced RF, wireless communications, sensing, and spectrum systems. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from concept development and rapid prototyping through integration, testing, and operational deployment. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and applied physics, solving challenging problems in communications, sensing, navigation, and spectrum awareness. This is a hands‑on engineering role. You enjoy building and testing real systems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and rapidly iterating in a fast-moving environment where ideas quickly become fielded capability.
