### About the Role:
Reporting to the Reward Region Italy Manager, you will support the definition and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies for the Italy perimeter, ensuring alignment with Group policies and delivering effective, equitable and market-competitive processes. You will bring an analytical, data-driven approach with a strong focus on operational excellence and consultative support to HR and business stakeholders.
