Job Description
Our client is an independent 5-star luxury boutique resort located in the heart of Seminyak. They are seeking an analytical and commercially driven Revenue Manager to optimize the resort's revenue performance, develop effective pricing strategies, and maximize profitability across all revenue-generating segments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue management role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background with internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand analysis.
- Experience using revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), channel managers, and online distribution platforms.
