Reports directly to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management of Accor Shared Service. The Revenue Manager is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, and executing the overall Revenue Performance cycle for the entire Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor competitor availability and pricing daily using all available tools such as OTA Insight, Rate Gain, EzRMS Pace, etc., and subsequently analyze and report actual performance versus the competitive set. Ensure optimal use and measure performance on all distribution channels to attain or exceed fair market share.
- Carry out analysis of booking patterns and market trends; ensure data is recorded to support future decisions, e.g., pacing patterns, booking lead time by segment, last‑minute walk‑in patterns, and peak‑date market performance.
