Overview
The revenue accountant will own the reconciliation of our client's diverse revenue streams, ensuring transactions from systems such as Shopify, Raiseru2019s Edge, Eventbrite, and other revenue sources are accurately recorded and reconciled in QuickBooks. Responsible for investigating and resolving discrepancies between operational systems and financial records, perform complex account reconciliations, and ensure revenue recognition and deferred revenue entries are accurate and audit-ready. Performing monthly revenue variance analysis, identify trends and anomalies, and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions and organizational growth. Working closely with the CFO and leaders across the organization, you will support month-end close activities, improve financial processes and controls, and help prepare the organization for upcoming audits and continued expansion.
