Job Description
Responsibilities
- Audit daily revenue integrations and assess the reasonability of interface control account balances, investigating variances.
- Test the accuracy and completeness of general ledger interface accounts, using three-way matching and other application controls for high-volume transaction data.
- Investigate variances to establish root causes and prevent further errors.
- Address technical issues relating to ERP revenue and payment interfaces in collaboration with IT, SAP external consultants, and internal TPA stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation to support audit work plans.
- Identify and resolve revenue-interface issues, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure revenue reporting procedures and processes are maintained in compliance with internal control requirements to manage risk.
