Job Description
Make a difference as a Reunification Support Worker with Siksika Children’s Services. This role focuses on delivering programs that align with cultural, community, and child safety standards for family reunification.
As part of the Prevention/Early Intervention approach, your primary responsibility will be to manage cases and drive quality improvements. You will work under the supervision of the Reunification Team Lead and will focus on family dynamics, utilizing protective factors to address risks. This position aims to enhance the quality of life for children and families, ensuring safety and community alignment in all efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver programs in accordance with CYFEA legislation
• Manage family cases for effective reunification
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Strengthen family protective factors and skills
• Promote ongoing development for children and families
