Position Overview
The Returns Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the process of client returns, ensuring efficient handling and resolution while maintaining positive relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client returns to company stock and suppliers using in-house processing software.
- Apply for supplier RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers.
- Ensure that appropriate products are shipped to the supplier.
- Ensure zero outstanding open RMAs in the database aged over 60 days.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers/manufacturers via appropriate communication methods to aid smooth operation of returns.
- Transfer stock from bin to bin or warehouse to warehouse using in-house processing software.
