Job Description
Zones, LLC is seeking a Returns Specialist to manage client returns, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure timely and accurate processing of returns within our in-house systems (AX and MS Outlook).
You will handle RMAs, transfer stock between warehouses, arrange courier deliveries, and provide support across picking, packing, invoicing, and stock counts while driving continuous improvements in quality and cycle time.
