Job Description
This role is an administrative support position responsible for handling front-office communication, assisting with accounts receivable follow-ups, and supporting internal teams with clerical tasks and reporting. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. While experience in pension plans or tools like PensionPro and DocuSign is a plus, it is not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department
• Monitor faxes incoming and outgoing
• Assist Accounts Receivable – letter preparation and calling clients about past due invoices
• Assist all internal departments with various clerical functions, report preparation and assigned projects
• Prepare and send routine blast emails via Pension Pro
• Maintain individual dashboard tasks assigned through Pension Pro
