Job Title: CEX Retail Sales Assistant (Washington)
Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying, selling and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products. We are currently seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for our Washington Store. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interacting with customers on a daily basis. This is an 16 hour contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assisting customers with their purchases, including providing advice on products and pricing information.
- Handling cash transactions, managing payment transactions and ensuring till accuracy.
