Job Description
The Warehouse Group is seeking a skilled Workforce Analyst to join our Support Office and collaborate with the Workforce Planning Lead to optimise staffing across 180+ stores. You’ll combine financial analytics with commercial insight to ensure stores are resourced to perform at their best.
In this role you’ll analyse store performance, forecast labour needs, and present insights to drive improvements in scheduling, budgeting, and efficiency.
