Job Description
ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to lead store visual and product presentation with a strong focus on planning, data-driven decisions, and team development. You will ensure the store is customer-ready through effective merchandising and operational excellence.
You will partner with the General Manager, manage budgets and schedules, coach the Visual team, and translate brand standards into compelling in-store experiences while sustaining brand integrity and driving sales.
