A Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are well-presented, properly displayed, and fully stocked in retail stores to maximize sales. They maintain good relationships with store staff, monitor inventory levels, and ensure that all products follow company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products according to brand standards and planograms
• Replenish stocks, rotate items, and ensure products are always available on shelves
• Check product expiration dates and remove damaged or expired items
• Conduct inventory counts and report stock levels to supervisors
• Coordinate with store personnel for product placements, promotions, and display availability
