The Retail Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, sales, and service in the location. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who will ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and efficiency. The Retail Manager works closely with the General Manager. The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $80,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers.
- Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.
- Lead by example and initiate contact with every customer.
- Make sure all customer complaints are addressed and managed professionally, leaving the customer with a positive resolution.
