Job Responsibilities
1、Retail Store Standard Execution: Responsible for routine store inspections and implementation of corresponding display standards within the assigned region, including regular store visits to check product displays, store image, product presentation, and customer experience.
2、Market Information Collection and Feedback: Conduct regular visits to retail stores, wholesalers, and distributors to collect their distribution information and contact details, as well as market intelligence such as competitor activities, market pricing, and consumer feedback. Identify and report market challenges and opportunities.
3、Frontline Staff Training and Support: Provide training to store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service procedures to enhance the sales capabilities of frontline personnel.
