Our partner retail store in Oslo City Center is looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional service to customers. You will assist shoppers, manage inventory, and help create a welcoming store environment. This is a full-time (100%) position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a fast-paced retail team.
About This Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be on the frontlines of customer interaction, helping clients find products, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You’ll also support the team with stock management and maintaining the store’s presentation.
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian a plus)
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
