Responsibilities
- Lead by example, providing engaging customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Supervise and handle all aspects of operational excellence for the store, including merchandising, freight flow, promotions, front office tasks, and weekly cash office administration and reporting.
- Act as keyholder and on‑duty leader, supporting programs and training throughout the store.
- Model and coach selling model behaviors, engage with customers, and motivate associates to do the same.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience using all available tools and techniques.
- Oversee inventory and merchandising standards, maintain customer‑ready sales floor daily, manage visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups, signage, and backroom tasks.
