Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager for our hardware showroom in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for daily showroom operations, staff management, inventory control, customer service, sales growth, SOP implementation, purchase coordination, billing supervision, and team training. Experience in hardware, building products, furniture fittings, sanitary, or retail showroom operations is preferred. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required.
