**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a dynamic **Retail Operations Manager** to join our Food & Nutrition team at **Tufts Medical Center** , a leading academic medical center located in the heart of Boston, Massachusetts. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily retail dining operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience for patients, visitors, physicians, and employees.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead the day-to-day operations of retail dining venues, cafés, coffee concepts, and grab-and-go programs.
+ Drive customer satisfaction through hospitality-focused service standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Manage financial performance including revenue growth, labor management, budgeting, forecasting, cash controls, and cost containment.
+ Ensure compliance with Sodexo food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
