Job Description
Primary Purpose
This role provides administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of core processes such as purchase orders, vendor payments, store operational coordination, and reporting across Singapore and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Administration & BuyingHub Support
- Manage end-to-end processing of Purchase Orders (PO), vendor creation, and invoice/payment tracking
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions in line with company processes
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to follow up on PO and payment status
- Coordinate and monitor store-related payments including utilities, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation
