Job Description
We are seeking Retail Managers to join our clients in Perth and surrounding Suburbs, WA on a permanent full-time basis. Candidates with Hospitality Management qualifications or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
As a Retail Manager your key responsibilities are:
- Manage the restaurant’s menu, product mix and service standards.
- Monitor food, beverage and packaging stock and arrange purchasing.
- Set menu prices based on costs, market conditions and profitability.
- Coordinate promotions, advertising and customer-loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee dine-in, takeaway, delivery and point-of-sale operations.
- Advise customers on menu items, ingredients and available services.
- Maintain records of sales, stock, wastage and financial transactions.
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenue, expenses and cash flow.
