**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Retail Manager of Store Process Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve retail processes, enhance productivity, and increase execution consistency across the retail organization. This role evaluates and optimizes business processes, leverages data and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities, and leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, execution consistency, and the overall customer experience.
